I am really enjoying the holiday season! I have a lot of my Christmas shopping done and decided that while Casey was away playing Volleyball tonight I'd sneak in his gifts and get them wrapped! I listened to Christmas music and sipped some candy cane hot chocolate. I love the way our tree turned out this year and now it looks even better with gifts underneath!

Wow that sounds wonderful. Oh how I long for a moment of solitude while I sit and sip hot chocolate wrapped up in my warm cozy bathrobe staring at the christmas tree lights and absorbing the peacefullness. SLAP! Your tree is so pretty! I was so excited this year because I bought a 'big' tree. Well when I put it up 6 feet is not big. It looks puny and ridiculous in our basement. ha ha. Luke was excited though, so that made me happy. I haven't done hardly any christmas shopping. We should go sometime! I feel like Luke is always sick. Let's for sure do something when he's not!

I think I would fall over dead from shock if I came home and my husband had decorated the tree. It is really pretty! What a good thoughtful guy you have.
